Refund Policy for Coaching Institutions –
At Sahitya Classes, we always keep our commitments and understand that unexpected situations or unavoidable reasons may arise, leading to the need for a refund but specifically rather than refunding the amount we will do quality check of our services and will fix your genuine issues. In emergency situations, We strive to provide a fair and transparent refund policy applicable within 24 hours of the fee payment.
1. Eligibility for Refund:
- Students may request a refund within 24 hours of fee payment.
- Valid reasons for a refund request may include:
- Medical emergencies
- Unforeseen relocation
- Other personal circumstances validated by the institution
2. Refund Request Process:
- Submit a written refund request within 24 hours of fee payment.
- Include the reason for the request and any supporting documentation.
- Requests should be submitted via email at the website or to a concerned counsellor of the institute,in person or online .
3. Processing Time:
- Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days.
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
4. Refund Amount:
- Eligible refund requests made within 24 hours will receive a full refund, minus any applicable GST.
- GST paid at the time of fee deposition will be deducted from the total refund.
- All refunds will be made to the original mode of payment.
5. GST Deduction:
- The Goods and Services Tax (GST) amount is non-refundable as it is remitted to the government.
- The deducted GST will be clearly stated in the refund acknowledgment.
6. Non-refundable Fees:
- Any administrative or processing fees (if applicable) may not be refundable.
7. Exceptions and Considerations:
- The institution reserves the right to deny a refund if the request lacks justification or appears fraudulent.
- Requests submitted after the 24-hour window are not eligible for refunds.
8. Jurisdiction & Governing Law
- All services, courses, content, payments, and interactions provided by Sahitya Classes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- Any dispute, difference, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of or in connection with the services, admissions, fees, refunds, content, or any matter whatsoever relating to Sahitya Classes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Delhi, including the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, to the exclusion of all other courts
9. Additional Academic Policy
Classes may be bilingual (English/Hindi) depending on academic requirement and Student’s feedback.
